This Privacy & Cookie Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information we obtain from individuals who visit our websites (each a Website, together the Websites) and who use our services available via the Websites (Services).

Australian focus: We are an APP entity under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where we deal with individuals located outside Australia, we will comply with local laws where they apply in addition to Australian law.
Disclose Studios Pty Ltd is an Australian company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. References to Disclose Studios include our Australian subsidiaries and related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).
This Privacy Policy is issued on behalf of Disclose Studios. When we mention "Disclose Studios", "we", "us" or "our", we are referring to the relevant Disclose Studios entity responsible for handling your personal information.

The types of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us. We may collect:
- Contact details: name, postal address, email, phone number, company, job title/department.
- Content you provide: messages, forms, uploads, portfolio materials.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and session information.

Children: Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

- Responding to enquiries and providing Services: to operate, maintain and improve the Websites and our Services; to respond to emails and contact requests.

We do not sell personal information.
Some recipients of personal information may be located outside Australia, including (but not limited to) the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, and member states of the European Union. Before we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient will handle the information in accordance with the APPs (APP 8), including via contractual safeguards. By using our Websites or providing personal information to us, you consent to such disclosures where permitted by law.

Measures include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and internal policies and training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you suspect any misuse, please contact us immediately.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements), and then take reasonable steps to de‑identify or destroy it when no longer required.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and request that we correct it if it is inaccurate, out‑of‑date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. We may need to verify your identity and, in limited circumstances permitted by law, we may refuse access (we will tell you why). To make a request, contact us (see Section 3). We do not generally charge fees for such requests, but we may charge reasonable costs of retrieval where permitted.
Direct marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We will then stop sending you marketing unless you later opt in.

We use cookies, pixels, log files and similar technologies on our Websites to enable functionality, understand usage and improve performance.
